## What Clipyard Does

Clipyard replaces the manual UGC-ad production loop (find inspiration → brief a creator → film → edit → post) with an AI pipeline: research trending and competitor content, generate an AI avatar or digital-twin video from a script, auto-edit raw footage into a captioned final cut, and schedule it to connected social accounts.

Unused credits roll over for up to 2 months while a subscription stays active. Creator and Pro plans cannot exceed their monthly credit limit without upgrading; Scale and Enterprise plans can exceed limits and are billed for the extra usage the following month.
